We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's in a great location - very close to restaurants, stores, and a sports complex. The service was excellent, especially the room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping and staff who were always very welcoming. The amenities in the room were great, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area. The TV and internet were excellent, and we enjoyed spending some time in the leisure area, including the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace.

We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel stay.

We got an amazing value for our money at Best Western Plus in Peoria! The room was spacious and comfortable, with separate living and sleeping areas. The location was convenient, close to shopping and dining options. The staff, especially Melissa and Joellen, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even better.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by fixing the broken pancake machine and ensuring that the juice is always stocked. The staff member in charge of filling the food was a bit rude when asked to change the empty juice container, but overall, the breakfast was still good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Melissa and Tammy, were exceptional. They went out of their way to make my stay special and showed warmth, a great sense of humor, and personal attention. The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were great, and the scrambled eggs were cooked moist and soft with melted cheese. The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping and dining options, as well as the Bass Pro Shop where I attended a party. It is also easily accessible from the highway and close to downtown East Peoria.
