Our stay at the Best Western in downtown Seattle was fantastic! The room exceeded our expectations and was beautifully appointed. The little touches, like the late afternoon tea and cookies, made us feel right at home. The central location allowed us to easily explore the historic downtown area and access public transportation. The staff, especially desk clerk Kevin, were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and seating options.

Convenient location for attending ball games, Pike Place, and the waterfront. Helpful, accommodating staff. Good breakfast options including cereals, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and breakfast sandwiches. Free shuttle and easy access to light rail and water taxi. Rooms undergoing renovation for improved experience.

The hotel's location was superb, allowing us to easily explore the lower city attractions and stadiums on foot or use public transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy decor and a big TV. The breakfast had plenty of choices for a reasonable price and was delicious. The staff provided excellent service, and basic amenities like shampoos and soaps were of great quality.

No aspect stood out as needing improvement, everything was satisfactory.

During my recent stay at the Best Western Plus Pioneer Square Hotel Downtown, I was impressed with the convenient location just a few minutes walk from the downtown area and pier. I also loved the fact that there was a free shuttle stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. As for the continental breakfast, I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available. The inclusion of fruits and cheese made it a delicious and satisfying start to the day.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. We were able to easily explore all the tourist spots in the area and there were plenty of charming bars and boutiques in the neighborhood. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few things that we didn't particularly like. the breakfast variety was quite limited and could use some improvement.

Not one thing.

I stayed at Best Western for a quick overnight before my flight. The breakfast was amazing and gave me a great start to the day. The hotel's location near the airport and train station was very convenient. I was impressed with how well-located it was, despite the presence of homeless people. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay enjoyable.

I do recommend this hotel.
