We recently spent our New Year's at a hotel in Pinetop and it was a fantastic experience. the hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for our family. the beds were big and cozy, and we had a sofa bed which worked well for the kids. Secondly, the hotel had great amenities, such as an indoor pool that kept the kids entertained during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to explore and dine out.

There were a few things that we didn't like about our stay. there was a dirty easy chair and footstool in our room, which made it unusable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, especially considering our health issues. They made sure we had a room to meet our specific needs. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently located near entertainment, restaurants, shopping, and Woodland Lake Park. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff who served us. our experience was wonderful.

Not one thing.

We were pleasantly surprised by the very nice cocktail lounge in the lobby. The location was great, allowing us to walk to Darby's for a delicious dinner one night. Having a Circle K next door was very convenient for coffee, sodas, snacks, and ice. The staff was friendly and check-in and checkout were easy. The location was also convenient to other restaurants. As a family with kids, we appreciated the amenities and the fact that we felt extremely safe during our stay.

Our stay at Greentree Inn & Suites was fantastic. The location in town was perfect for our needs and provided easy access to everything. The property had a charming country feel that we absolutely loved. The indoor pool was a big hit with my kids, especially since they got to swim while it was snowing outside.

The hotel was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and plenty of towels. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring my satisfaction with the property. The location was convenient, only a short distance from the wedding I was attending. Additionally, the price was affordable and well worth the money for the stay.

Couldn't stay longer.

On the positive side, the breakfast was very good and the hotel's location was great. We appreciated the efforts made by the staff to lessen the environmental impact by providing refillable bottles for toiletries instead of single-use ones. Despite the ongoing remodeling, it didn't affect our stay.

The room we stayed in was disappointing. It had a dark and dingy atmosphere, with soiled red carpet that didn't look clean.

The value for the money was excellent, and the room was amazing with a super comfortable bed. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, services, and shopping. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more shampoo and conditioner bottles available in the bathroom. My partner and I both have long hair, so one bottle wasn't enough.

We loved the friendly staff who always greeted us warmly. The little bar was a cool feature, even though we didn't have a drink there. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The fluffy eggs and great coffee were a delight.

Friendly staff, clean room, microwave had electrical issues, old building, limited breakfast choices. Convenient location, heated cookies, front bar, and breakfast enjoyed by guests. Polite and helpful front desk staff, hot water, comfortable mattress, working TV, sufficient hangers. Great place, helpful and friendly staff, perfect location, excellent indoor pool and spa, prompt snow clearing assistance. Clean, modern rooms, enjoyable hot breakfast. Limited mobility request not fulfilled, should have been notified earlier.

I recently stayed at Green Tree in Pinetop for a weekend getaway. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff, apart from a few lazy individuals, were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect and the weather was ideal for exploring the area. The pool was great, especially for the kids, who loved being able to swim inside while it was snowing outside. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
