Our room had a lovely view of the surrounding area, making our mornings peaceful. the breakfast was satisfactory, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. the cleanliness of the room met our expectations despite some minor inconveniences. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

We were impressed by the cleanliness and convenient location of the hotel. It's very easy off the freeway and close to many shopping areas, restaurants like Denny's and IHOP, and even the Holiday Inn Express in nearby El Dorado Hills. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with great recommendations and a warm welcome.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our wine-tasting trip, being close to the wineries we visited during the day and a short distance from downtown. the breakfast provided satisfied our needs, with a variety of options like omelettes, eggs, cereal, toast, and waffles - a pleasant surprise for a complimentary meal. the staff, especially Bruce, went above and beyond to ensure all guests had freshly made food and a fully stocked breakfast area during our stay. One detail that stood out for us was the room being equipped with a separate lounge area, two TVs, and a terrace with patio chairs at the front.

Though we had an enjoyable stay, the noise level was a bit high when the window was open due to the proximity to the freeway. Overall, everything was satisfactory during our visit.

My family and I stayed at Best Western for a weekend getaway. the room had two sink areas, a great shower, and efficient A/C and heater. the breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff promptly refilled items. the room was tidy and well-equipped, with responsive staff. Adela was hospitable and recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby. Conveniently located with easy freeway access.

Check, in process was a bit frustrating , arriving early and being asked for an extra fee to access our room seemed unnecessary. the lack of hair dryers in the room or at reception was inconvenient.
