I had a great value for my money at Best Western Plus in Pleasanton. The room was spacious, accessible, and had a roll-in shower. The location was convenient and the staff were exceptional, making the check-in process easy and providing excellent service.

It would have been nice to have more breakfast options, like pancakes or hash browns, to add a little variety to the already great breakfast provided.

The location was perfect for my weekend activities in the Pleasanton area, with easy access to car dealerships and retail. The hotel facilities were well kept and the room I stayed in was clean and well furnished. The breakfast provided had a great selection, including my favorites like yogurt, fresh coffee, and fruits. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We stayed at Best Western for a quick overnight stop during our travels. The location was convenient, just off the freeway, although a little tricky to find the entrance. To our surprise, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating, providing a pack and play for my granddaughter. The recently renovated rooms had brand new mattresses and a beautiful marble shower. The grounds were lovely, with fragrant lavender shrubs everywhere. Breakfast was good, with scrambled eggs, bacon, and a waffle machine. it was a pleasant stay with great value for the price.

Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, cordial staff, excellent location, close to shopping center and freeways. Staff went out of their way to make everything perfect. The gal with reddish curly hair in the breakfast room was friendly and always had a smile on her face.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was close to the mall and some great local eateries. The staff were very accommodating and immediately found our reservation. The room amenities, such as the in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities and flat-screen TV, were great to have.
