I had a great value for my money at Best Western Plus in Pleasanton. The room was spacious, accessible, and had a roll-in shower. The location was convenient and the staff were exceptional, making the check-in process easy and providing excellent service.

It would have been nice to have more breakfast options, like pancakes or hash browns, to add a little variety to the already great breakfast provided.

The hotel is quite near to the BART station, which is very convenient for exploring the Pleasanton area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect for my work and there were plenty of nearby restaurants. I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
