We had a great stay at Best Western. We were visiting our son at Cal Poly and the location was convenient. The room was clean and well-appointed with thoughtful touches like a tray for coffee, real glass cups, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was controllable. The staff was friendly and helpful, even helping us with our luggage. They served a delicious hot breakfast every morning and the plaza across the street was a great spot for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

the mattresses in our room were absolutely terrible. They were rock hard and provided no comfort at all, resulting in a lack of sleep throughout our four-night stay.
