The property was fresh and clean, offering a comfy bed and nice staff. Despite a broken TV in the first room, we were quickly moved to a different room with a working TV. the location required some back and forth trips but was near a great restaurant.

Cleaning service was lacking, with dirty floors and insufficient towels during a 6-day stay. Had to request additional cleaning and new towels.

My Easter stay was amazing. the facilities were comfortable, clean, and spacious. the staff was friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the plush beds and the variety of amenities offered, especially the gym and pool. the location was perfect for my needs – it was convenient to get to all the nearby attractions and shopping centers.

I must mention that some aspects of the hotel were not up to my standards. the elevator and lobby weren't sufficiently clean, and there was garbage in front and outside of the hotel that wasn't removed for several days.

As a tourist, I loved the friendly staff, spacious rooms with clean sheets, and the amazing walk-in shower. The pool and fitness rooms were a great addition, and the energy-efficient windows kept my room cool despite the west-facing sun. It felt like staying in a luxurious 5-star hotel, and the night staff was exceptional.
