the spacious rooms were easy to access with free parking, and the delicious breakfast had plenty of choices. we loved the location, especially being a short walk from the ferry landing for our downtown conference.

The washer and dryer were convenient. The variety of cable TV stations was enjoyable. The ability to open the window for fresh air was a nice touch. The breakfast and coffee were delicious. a good experience.

The rooms are large and filled with amenities like a kitchen area, and the views from the balcony were marvelous. Breakfast had many options and was included in the price. The staff were very friendly and kept the rooms clean.

Finally, the free shuttle service during the summer was an added bonus, providing transportation to various destinations on the island.

We recently stayed at Best Western Plus Suites Hotel for a few nights. The location on 3rd and Orange was perfect, with plenty of activities to do both on land and sea. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the secure parking under the hotel and the quick response to any of our requests. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the night staff made up for it with their excellent service. We would definitely come back for another stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and within walking distance to downtown San Diego and the convention center. Our room was clean and spacious, with all necessary supplies replenished regularly. The breakfast was better than usual continental breakfasts and included hot entries, fruits, and hard-boiled eggs. Moreover, there were free underground parking and a nice courtyard to sit in.

The hotel staff needs improvement. They were unresponsive to our emails before our arrival, and upon check-in, they did not provide basic information such as breakfast times and WiFi passwords.
