Check-in was easy late at night. Room at the end of hallway with soundproofing. Microwave oven and large refrigerator unit. Clean and updated room with indoor pool and business area.

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western in Plattsburgh! The pool area was amazing, with comfortable chairs and the perfect temperature. Plus, the staff was so helpful and polite, making it a truly pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

They made me feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Secondly, the amenities provided were fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in my room, which was a luxurious touch. Lastly, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I found this hotel to be a great value for the money, with excellent service and wonderful amenities.

All in all, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and couldn't find any faults during my stay.

Good breakfast buffet with variety of choices. Large, warm pool. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Close to shopping. Beautiful executive suites. 9.5' deep pool with shallow end. Arcade and free breakfast. Close to stores and food. Recommend Chasm trip.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was great value for money with a central location within walking distance to the 99 restaurant and other food establishments. The basic amenities were all there, including comfortable beds and a breakfast included in the rate. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail.

The breakfast buffet had a great range of choices and most of the options were very good. Additionally, the location was convenient for exploring the Plattsburgh area.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to all shopping areas and a popular restaurant that offers a 10% off coupon. Additionally, there is an excellent 99 restaurant nearby. The room was neat and clean on the plus side, and the staff is friendly.

The walls were paper-thin, so noise was a significant issue.

My husband and I recently stayed at Best Western for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect for my family reunion, and the staff, especially in the dining area, were friendly and efficient. The ample and convenient parking, along with the well-stocked and clean room and bathroom, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pool area was a hit with the kids, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Additionally, the free breakfast was continuously replenished and warm, even when I arrived just 20 minutes before it ended. The staff's genuine friendliness towards me and my bulldog was very much appreciated. We will definitely be returning.
