Check-in was easy late at night. Room at the end of hallway with soundproofing. Microwave oven and large refrigerator unit. Clean and updated room with indoor pool and business area.

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western in Plattsburgh! The pool area was amazing, with comfortable chairs and the perfect temperature. Plus, the staff was so helpful and polite, making it a truly pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

They made me feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Secondly, the amenities provided were fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in my room, which was a luxurious touch. Lastly, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I found this hotel to be a great value for the money, with excellent service and wonderful amenities.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! It was great value for money with a central location within walking distance to the 99 restaurant and other food establishments. The basic amenities were all there, including comfortable beds and a breakfast included in the rate. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail.

The breakfast buffet had a great range of choices and most of the options were very good. Additionally, the location was convenient for exploring the Plattsburgh area.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to all shopping areas and a popular restaurant that offers a 10% off coupon. Additionally, there is an excellent 99 restaurant nearby. The room was neat and clean on the plus side, and the staff is friendly.

The walls were paper-thin, so noise was a significant issue.

The hotel was conveniently located just off the highway, making it easy to find and access. the free hot breakfast offered a good variety of options and my family enjoyed making their own waffles each morning. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the cleanliness of the room was not up to par.

The room was amazing, especially the spa tub where I could relax and forget how close I was to shopping centers and the highway. The hotel facilities were great, with a large indoor pool that wasn't cramped and had a range of depths, perfect for kids. This made it convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff were wonderful - friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms had great amenities, including a jacuzzi tub. It was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I found this hotel to be excellent value for money with attention to detail and a convenient location.

My husband and I recently stayed at Best Western for a weekend getaway. The hot tub in our room was a delightful surprise, and the overall cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel were impressive. The location was perfect for my family reunion, and the staff, especially in the dining area, were friendly and efficient. The ample and convenient parking, along with the well-stocked and clean room and bathroom, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pool area was a hit with the kids, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. Additionally, the free breakfast was continuously replenished and warm, even when I arrived just 20 minutes before it ended. The staff's genuine friendliness towards me and my bulldog was very much appreciated. We will definitely be returning.
