Beautiful creekside patio for relaxation and socializing.

My experience at Best Western Plus The Inn & Suites At The Falls was frustrating. The humidity in our room was unbearable unless we cranked the AC to an extreme low setting. It felt as if the entire hotel needed serious maintenance. our room phone didn’t work, and attempts to fix other amenities like the coffee machine were ignored. The front desk staff was often inattentive, which only added to my dissatisfaction with the visit.

The view by the falls was lekker, perfect for a chill moment. Brekkie was pretty vibey too, with make-your-own waffles and eggs. Got a comfy bed that made me feel right at home.

Windows could use a good clean, a bit foggy for taking pics.

The quietness was refreshing, and I appreciated the comfortable bed after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. The outdoor breakfast by the creek was such a serene way to start the day.

However, the front desk staff could use more training. they seemed unprepared during check-in, and breakfast options could be better stocked. An odd bathroom layout made for a tricky experience.

The breakfast selection was great, and we loved chilling outside by the water. Nearby, we explored the Culinary Institute of America for some world-class dining. Super close to NYC for day trips too! Room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful!

While everything was mostly great, some areas could use a little attention, like the lobby which felt a bit humid.

the staff at best western plus was super friendly and helpful. we loved the complimentary breakfast, especially the tasty options like waffles and eggs. sitting outdoors by the lovely waterfall was a nice touch, too. also, the hot tub and fitness center were great additions to our stay!
