During my recent stay at the Gem in the Ozarks, I was impressed by the attention to detail and comfort provided. The King room with a small living area was beautifully decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The modern bathroom with plenty of mirrors was a great touch. The location of the hotel was also convenient, just off I-49. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast selection was much better than your typical continental breakfast. I had a fantastic experience at this lovely boutique hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. the hotel's prime location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently close to the attractions we wanted to visit. Moreover, we were delighted to find that the rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, providing us with a comfortable and cozy stay.

We were disappointed to find that the walkway between the parking lot and the upper floor did not drain properly after heavy rain, resulting in a frustrating and wet experience. Additionally, the mini fridge in our room was not adequately cooling, which was a minor inconvenience.
