The hotel is situated in a very pretty area, making it quieter than most. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and overlook a peaceful stream. the staff were friendly and the basic amenities were satisfactory. the breakfast spread exceeded expectations with a variety of options.

Enjoyed a refreshing stay at Best Western Plus with a great view of the water from our room. Spacious, bright rooms with large windows. Complimentary breakfast on a lovely balcony. We appreciated the convenient location for our road trip. the big windows and large rooms made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Although the cell phone signal was weak due to the mountain location, it was a peaceful stopover. Despite some minor room issues, we had a pleasant overall experience.

For a three-day getaway exploring the Dutchess rail trail bike path, Best Western Plus was ideal. the spacious, modern two-queen room overlooking the serene stream was very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast on the scenic outdoor patio, surrounded by nature. Free parking and a tranquil location were extra perks, making it a great value stay.

I enjoyed the serene stream nearby where we could relax on the veranda, perfect for our romantic escape. the complimentary breakfast was convenient, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Plus, there were gas stations and stores close by, making it easy to explore the area.

Our room was frigid, the heating was ineffective, and the water pressure in the shower was barely a trickle. Despite the front desk staff being accommodating, the maintenance issues were a big letdown for our romantic getaway - definitely not the cozy atmosphere we were hoping for.

The hotel offered large rooms and had a great deck with a view. the staff was friendly and provided coffee all day. the location was close to Walkway Over the Hudson and not far from New Paltz.
