We stayed at Best Western for 7 nights due to family matters and it was a great choice. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the furnishings were practical. The hotel's convenient location and ample parking were added bonuses. The staff was polite and friendly, and the front desk clerk was top-notch. The hotel was quiet and situated in a nice neighborhood near stores and restaurants. I loved the balcony area, especially the great desk to work at, and the office chair was fantastic. The shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel, with perfect water pressure and heat. It alone is worth booking for.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious rooms and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. the rooms had all the amenities I needed, including a TV and Wi-Fi. Additionally, the location was key, as it was conveniently located near attractions in the area. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the decor was a bit dated, giving the hotel a slightly old-fashioned feel.

The Best Western Plus Thousand Oaks Inn is a great choice for those taking off early. The hotel's close proximity to a variety of excellent restaurants is a major plus. The breakfast staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we could easily grab our bagged breakfasts for the car. Additionally, the room was clean, smoke-free, and situated at the rear of the hotel, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We've stayed at this location multiple times before and have always been pleased with our experience. The bed was particularly comfortable and the room itself was spacious and well-appointed. The furniture and furnishings were attractive, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal. The desk clerk, Amy, was extremely friendly and eager to assist us. Parking was convenient and abundant, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. The bar is also worth mentioning as it was really nice, offering a pleasant spot to relax and unwind. our two-day stay at the Best Western Plus Thousand Oaks Inn was exactly what we expected - clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Felt right at home, with nothing being too much trouble.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the beautiful area of Thousand Oaks, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the value for money was exceptional. Given the prices, I expected a basic hotel experience, but this hotel went above and beyond. The attention to detail was evident in the well-maintained rooms, especially the king bed which was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. As for breakfast, it was included in the stay, and the quality of the food matched the overall experience of the hotel.

All aspects of my stay were more than satisfactory.

The room was large, clean, and attractive, with a comfortable bed and premium bathroom supplies. The location was great, with shopping within walking distance and a short 15-minute drive to the nearby soccer fields. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. There was a complimentary breakfast that was excellent, and as a disabled guest, I appreciated the handicap accessible Jacuzzi.

The only downside was that some of the food at the breakfast buffet was placed too high for me to reach, although the drink options were accessible. it felt like a true getaway and the hotel staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.
