We stayed at Best Western for 7 nights due to family matters and it was a great choice. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the furnishings were practical. The hotel's convenient location and ample parking were added bonuses. The staff was polite and friendly, and the front desk clerk was top-notch. The hotel was quiet and situated in a nice neighborhood near stores and restaurants. I loved the balcony area, especially the great desk to work at, and the office chair was fantastic. The shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel, with perfect water pressure and heat. It alone is worth booking for.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the spacious rooms and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. the rooms had all the amenities I needed, including a TV and Wi-Fi. Additionally, the location was key, as it was conveniently located near attractions in the area. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who were always ready to assist and made me feel welcome.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly enjoy during my stay. the decor was a bit dated, giving the hotel a slightly old-fashioned feel.

We've stayed at this location multiple times before and have always been pleased with our experience. The bed was particularly comfortable and the room itself was spacious and well-appointed. The furniture and furnishings were attractive, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal. The desk clerk, Amy, was extremely friendly and eager to assist us. Parking was convenient and abundant, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. The bar is also worth mentioning as it was really nice, offering a pleasant spot to relax and unwind. our two-day stay at the Best Western Plus Thousand Oaks Inn was exactly what we expected - clean, comfortable, and enjoyable.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, and the hotel had great facilities and room advantages that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The noise from the freeway can be a bit of a disturbance, especially if you are a light sleeper.

As for breakfast, it was included in the stay, and the quality of the food matched the overall experience of the hotel.

Great value for money! The hotel is located in a beautiful area, and the rooms were kept very clean with really comfortable beds. We stayed in 1 king bed room, and the basic amenities provided were impressive. The hotel included breakfast with no coffee in the lobby, which was a great start to our day!

The room was large, clean, and attractive, with a comfortable bed and premium bathroom supplies. The location was great, with shopping within walking distance and a short 15-minute drive to the nearby soccer fields. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. There was a complimentary breakfast that was excellent, and as a disabled guest, I appreciated the handicap accessible Jacuzzi.

The only downside was that some of the food at the breakfast buffet was placed too high for me to reach, although the drink options were accessible. it felt like a true getaway and the hotel staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.
