The location was perfect, very convenient for our weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding breakfast and the fact that ice was readily available.

We were disappointed that the hotel wasn't well maintained. Our room had broken curtains and a broken exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The staff at Best Western were extremely helpful and gracious throughout my stay. Nelson, at the front desk, provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. He even arranged a shuttle for us to Washington State University. The room was comfortable, clean, and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast at the hotel was also a pleasant surprise, with a diverse selection of offerings. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Best Western! The staff went above and beyond to meet our special requests, promptly delivering extra toilet paper and Kleenex. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously good, with options like tasty potatoes O'Brien. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all fantastic. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in and check-out were both easy. it was a great experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The manager went above and beyond to rectify a major overcharge issue, and even treated us to a delicious dinner at The Seasons restaurant. The upgraded poolside room was a fantastic touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including gluten-free options. The hotel's modern and new facilities, spacious lobby with a cozy fireplace, and convenient location next to a mall were also highlights. We appreciated the citrus water in the lobby and the great breakfast.

We felt truly spoiled during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of this hotel. It was convenient to the university, walking trails, a mall, and a grocery store. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a quiet room on the top floor. And let me tell you, the hot breakfast here is absolutely amazing! The chef definitely knows what they're doing. Our room was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with amenities. we had a great stay and would definitely book this hotel again.

Delicious food, perfect room temperature, good location for shopping, and outstanding gym facilities. The free airport shuttle is a great value and the breakfast selection is varied and flavorful. Both the staff and the exceptional service provided create a very hospitable stay.

The front counter staff was so helpful and accommodating! The breakfast buffet had a ton of options and the staff at breakfast were friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we wanted. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were excellent additions. Check-in and check-out were easy.

The beds were really comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. The staff was accommodating, especially to our handicapped guest. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The convenient location allowed us to walk to nearby stores and restaurants, which was a great bonus.

We had some issues with the keys not working in our door, which was inconvenient considering our room was quite far from the lobby. Additionally, the beds and linens seemed worn and in need of replacement.

We loved the attention to detail at the hotel - from ice water stations to attentive servers at breakfast. While the breakfast buffet closed promptly at 10am on the weekends, the food was delicious and plentiful. we highly recommend this hotel.
