We stayed during a college visit and the front staff was really kind, they gave us maps and answered our questions about the town. The breakfast choices were not just filling, they were hot too, and it was a surprise to find a Nescafé coffee maker with so many options.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still pretty reasonable for what we got.

best western is in a perfect spot near iowa state university. the king suite was spacious and gave us plenty of room as a family. we enjoyed the indoor pool, and the 24x7 coffee machine was a nice touch. breakfast was simple but filled us up well.

The waterfall faucets in the sinks are hard to keep clean and have visible pink mold!!! Housekeeping needs serious improvement—rooms were not cleaned during my stay despite multiple requests!!!
