I recently stayed at this new hotel for a family visit to Cleveland. The location was perfect, right off the expressway and close to the Cleveland Clinic. The beautiful hotel had a great pool area that my kids loved, and the beds were super comfy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complementary breakfast had a variety of options. I will definitely make this my go-to hotel when visiting Cleveland.

This hotel has a prime location right off the expressway and is easily accessible. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all amenities like TV, microwave, refrigerator, and work desk. The bathroom has good water pressure but watch out for the sink faucet splashing. The attentive service makes the stay even more enjoyable, from the kind and helpful staff to the excellent breakfast provided. The breakfast offers many fresh options including allergy-friendly foods.

There was one staff member who was unhelpful and not very friendly.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for my fiancé and myself. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it was easy to find. The attention to detail in the hotel, from the work tables and charging stations to the classy outdoor mall attached, was impressive. I can definitely see this hotel being great for families, as the amenities were superb. it was a fantastic experience!

We were thrilled with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Westlake. The spacious room and comfortable beds made us feel like we were in a five-star hotel. The breakfast options were great to start our day off right. Despite a couple of small inconveniences, like a missing sleep function on the TV remote and a minor issue with water pressure, our overall experience was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the shuttle service provided by Chris was a lifesaver, especially when we needed transportation to a funeral. the women in the breakfast room were incredibly thoughtful and kind, asking if we needed anything else even when they were about to close. the hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, shopping, a movie theater, and restaurants. the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and the pool facilities were great, with a children's area and a Jacuzzi.

The only negative aspect was that the ice machine on the 4th floor wasn't working, but we were able to go to the 5th floor to get some ice. Plus, the hotel staff were some of the nicest people we've encountered during our travels.

Had an amazing experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. the spacious and clean rooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities like mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. the abundance of accessible electrical outlets made charging my devices a breeze. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the convenient location near the freeway, shopping centers, movie theater, and restaurants was a major plus. the festive decorations in the lobby added a warm and cozy touch to the holiday atmosphere.

Although overall the room seemed clean, there was an unfortunate incident with a dirty toilet seat that was not up to standard. This raised concerns about the cleanliness of the rooms in general.

The breakfast selection was fresh and had a great variety. The highlight was the helpful and patient Korean lady.
