Great service, even when the hotel was full. the front desk went out of their way to move us to a new room when our AC wasn't working. Loved the chocolate chip cookie waffles for breakfast. the small store by the front desk had reasonably priced snacks and drinks.

The parking lot is small and could be a challenge if it's full. the soundproofing in the rooms could be better.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. We especially loved the woman named Sandy who took care of the breakfast area - she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel was clean and in good condition, and the location was convenient. we would highly recommend Best Western Plus for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for the money is incredible. The location is perfect for exploring areas near the Missouri river, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. We loved our room with the Jacuzzi tub and the breakfast was delicious.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a convenient location near shopping and restaurants. It was a great stay with excellent service from the friendly staff. The morning breakfast had a great selection and the rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. There were plenty of interesting areas to explore nearby, making it a perfect base for any activity in the area. Additionally, the hotel had helpful facilities such as a 24-hour front desk and a fitness center.

The customer service at the front desk could use improvement. One guest mentioned a bad experience with arguing and raised voices, which could be a concerning issue.

I had a lovely stay at Best Western Plus. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The only small drawback was the air conditioning, which made the sheets feel a bit damp at times. But overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very convenient, located close to shops and restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a microwave and fridge in each room. the complimentary breakfast was a great perk, with a variety of hot and cold choices, and the donuts were especially delicious.

The mattresses were surprisingly hard and not very comfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the rooms did not do a great job of keeping out light, causing some disruptions in sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely attentive and made me feel important. They always had a smile on their faces. The hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, which was a plus. The room was spotlessly clean with bleached bed linens that smelled nice. The mattress was very comfortable and the view was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, with real food, not imitation. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was located in a good spot, close to shops and cafes. the breakfast was decent with some variety, and they had a rumor pyramid in the lobby which was pretty cool and added a nice touch to the decor. it was great that they had a gym facility and parking was free.

There were some drawbacks to my stay at this hotel. the room was a bit tired and old-fashioned, with outdated furnishings.
