We stayed at the hotel for a conference, and it was an easy 2-3 block walk to the riverwalk, which was convenient. the hotel facilities, including the spacious, clean room and comfortable bed, made our stay enjoyable. the staff was helpful and friendly, always ensuring we felt welcome.

Being a family of six, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious double queen room at Fairmount. the comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom made our stay enjoyable. the rooftop bar with its stunning view was a highlight. Despite some minor issues, the helpful staff made our experience memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

On the downside, some guests experienced issues during check-in, such as communication challenges with staff and missing room amenities. Additionally, maintenance concerns like clogged bath/showers and limited elevator access to all levels impacted the overall stay negatively.
