However, the noise from the street and a loud air conditioner made it hard to relax at times. Great for short stays or families looking for value.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that left me quite frustrated. First, the AC in my room stopped working, leading to a surprisingly uncomfortable night. Additionally, I found that the hallways emitted a strong smell of mildew and the pillows had an odd odor, detracting from my overall comfort. Despite switching rooms, I still faced problems with the noisy TV and a general feeling of the place being outdated.

The hallway smelled overwhelmingly of cleaning products, and that was just the start of my troubles. I had a terrible time with the plumbing. my shower leaked significantly and created a mini flood at my door, forcing me to use towels from the front desk to soak up the water! I’m not coming back again.

Had a lovely time at this spot! The outdoor pool was really nice for relaxing, and I loved that free water and coffee were available all day. The only downside was that the fitness room didn’t open until later in the morning, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😊

the staff was incredibly kind and helpful during my trip. very professional and attentive. i loved the proximity to shopping and dining options. the pool area was lovely with vibrant flowers and palm trees. family-friendly atmosphere made it feel like a true vacation.

I was quite impressed by the mobility access room! They had this really nice roll-in shower, a total lifesaver for my dad with his walking issues and the staff was genuinely caring, especially Carmen at the front desk. She even brought us a luggage cart without asking, how often does that happen?

It wasn't exactly a steal, but I suppose for what we got, it was acceptable.

The location was perfect. midway between Hollywood Beach and South Beach, close to Johnson & Wales University and just a quick walk to Denny's. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. We loved having a Wholefoods just a 2-minute walk across the quiet street!
