We recently stayed at Best Western Plus in an older property but were pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff and clean accommodations. Despite the tired appearance, the rooms were fresh, beds comfortable, and the bathrooms spotless. the friendly front desk staff made check-in and out a breeze, and the towels were notably fresh and clean. This hotel is perfect for a woman traveling alone. Its prime location is close to shopping, restaurants, and old downtown. Moreover, you can easily access the Waco area and the mall. The rooms are immaculate and feature well-maintained bathrooms. The staff is very courteous and provides excellent service. You'll love the breakfast and stunning view from the room, along with its clean workout room and great pool.

Some of the remodeled rooms have an unpleasant smell of smoke that might bother non-smokers.

The breakfast was a great way to start the day and saved some cash. the hotel’s location was perfect, being close to everything and super easy for ride-sharing apps to find. I also enjoyed the comfortable and fluffy pillows, which made for a good night's sleep.

The furniture and doors were old and had scuff marks. the soap and lotion provided by the hotel were not great.
