As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the warm and friendly greeting from Susan at the front desk. She had an amazing personality and a warm smile that made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and she made sure everything was perfect for us. The hotel was clean and quiet, which was perfect for us to rest after a long flight. The free shuttle service from the airport was a great bonus, and the free breakfast had a variety of healthy choices. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to others. Big mahalo!

We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn in Baltimore! The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The shower was amazing, with great water pressure. The pool was a hit with our kids, even though it was small. And the complimentary breakfast was convenient and tasty, with a good variety of options. we had a wonderful experience at Fairfield Inn and would recommend it to others!

The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city, since it was close to public transportation and several restaurants. One of the best things about this hotel was the affordable price, which allowed us to stretch our holiday budget.

The shower had good water pressure and was clean. it was a very good location for us to stay when traveling for work. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

I did have a negative experience with the front desk staff during check-in. The lady at the front desk seemed annoyed and bothered, and even though I had a reservation, she insisted that I didn't.
