As someone travelling by car, I really liked the convenient location of the hotel, just a short 15-minute walk to the main centre of Helena. The hotel also had a great-sized swimming pool and fitness centre, perfect for a refreshing dip or workout. Additionally, the outside area of the hotel was well-maintained and provided a pleasant spot to sit and enjoy a leisurely lunch or a refreshing drink. a great value for money and spacious rooms with helpful staff.

The Best Western Premier Helena Great Northern Hotel provided an exceptional room experience. The room was new, quiet, and had an outside entry/exit to a patio at garden level. It also had a wet bar, separate bathroom, and seating area. The quality furnishings and central air were top-notch. We were impressed! Jared at check-in was exceptionally helpful, providing recommendations on restaurants and directions to the pedestrian-friendly mall. He was very nice and personable. Jasmine at check-out was also helpful and showed a genuine love for pets. She was very kind to our black lab, making our check-out experience great. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a beautifully decorated interior that gave me a nostalgic feeling. the high ceilings in the room added to the luxurious and spacious atmosphere. the location was perfect, with shopping and a theater just a short walk away.

There were a couple of issues during my stay. the maid service accidentally left garbage from previous guests in the bathroom wastebasket, which made me a little uncomfortable.

The staff was helpful, room size was great, good value for money, nice swimming pool and fitness center, convenient location for attractions and restaurants.

Great location: the hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and museums. Perfect for families with young kids. Clean and nice rooms: the rooms were clean and well-maintained. the furnishings were modern and comfortable. Extensive breakfast: the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.

Noisy rooms: the noise from the pool area was extremely loud and disruptive, especially during the evening. It made it difficult to relax or watch television.

We were in town for a basketball camp and the hotel's location near Carroll College was incredibly convenient. We also loved that there were several restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the hotel was amazing and went out of their way to make our trip special. They even took the time to engage with our granddaughter and made great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The room was spacious and had a double closet, which was a nice bonus. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Spacious rooms with great toilets, well-equipped gym, and accessible laundry room. The staff was amazing and always keen to help. The breakfast had a lot of options and even offered non-dairy milk. Within walking distance to many restaurants and a convenient location for those visiting Carroll College.
