I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were so polite and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was extremely clean, and my room exceeded expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for someone like me with back pain. Even my 6ft 5" partner had no complaints about the size of the bed. The bathroom was bright, with great lighting for doing hair and makeup. I loved the full body mirror in the room, as well as the blacked out blinds that kept the sunlight out in the mornings. Security was excellent, with numerous cameras in the lobby and outside the guest rooms. The hotel's location on a hill was convenient, with a bus stop close by that took me straight into Manhattan's 42nd street or Port Authority. the cleanliness, fantastic staff, convenient transportation, and great location made this hotel an excellent choice.

The bathroom was perfect, with both a shower and a tub, and lights right on the mirror for focused light. I also appreciated the amount of security cameras throughout the lobby and outside the guest rooms.

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier in North Bergen for a last-minute trip. Despite a small glitch with their reservation system, the hotel staff went above and beyond to provide us with a suite King room at a lower rate than what we had booked. The amenities were fantastic, including a shuttle service to nearby attractions and dining options. The morning breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with convenient access to the pool, gym, ice, and laundry facilities. it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.
