During my stay, I had a fantastic time enjoying the lounge with billiards and karaoke, a hidden gem of entertainment. It felt like being in the middle of a comedy show where everyone is the star! The karaoke session was a blast, and I even discovered my hidden talent for singing '80s power ballads.

I indulged in the recreational opportunities offered, especially enjoying a swim in the outdoor pool. The close proximity to local tourist attractions allowed me to explore effortlessly. The to-go breakfast was a convenient start to my days, and the lounge with karaoke provided some entertaining evenings. a practical and enjoyable stay. My affinity for Irish breakfast tea added a touch of home to my journey.

The Riverside Inn's location provided beautiful views of the nearby attractions. However, my experience was marred by the unsafe and unpleasant environment of the on-site lounge. I was shocked to witness the local patrons and staff ignoring a young woman who was clearly in need of help. This lack of concern for guests' safety is unacceptable. the delayed breakfast and rude checkout experience only added to the disappointment.

The hotel's lounge was a local hangout but did not serve any food, making it an unsuitable option for guests seeking a safe and pleasant dining experience on the property.

Enjoyed my stay at Best Western Riverside Inn in Macon. Comfortable beds, helpful staff, and amazing breakfast. Lobby smell and dripping awning were minor inconveniences. Overall a pleasant experience despite some small issues.

During my recent business trip to Macon, I had the opportunity to stay at the Best Western Riverside Inn, a choice made by my director. The hotel boasts a fantastic outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center, which allowed me to stay active and relaxed during my stay. Additionally, the hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long day of meetings. The coffee shop was a convenient spot to grab a quick caffeine boost before heading out for the day.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the noise from the connecting room.

the breakfast at this hotel 🅦🅐🅢 🅐🅜🅐🅩🅘🅝🅖! so many options and such good quality. 🌟 the room was clean and updated, perfect for our large dog. the area was safe and well lit. the only downside was 🅝🅞🅣 being close to good dining spots. 🌟

Great location right off the highway. Close to restaurants and stores, and not far from Downtown Macon. Friendly and professional staff. Spacious room and dog-friendly accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was super friendly. There's a good bar/lounge area, and the fitness center and indoor swimming pool are great amenities. The location is also super convenient right off the interstate.

We didn't have any major issues during our stay. However, the receptionist on check-in didn't check the fax machine and initially could not find our reservation.

loved the safe - well-lit location and the spacious room. the clean lobby had awesome decor. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff kept it restocked. the woman at the front desk with the russian accent was super helpful.
