My room was so minimalist, they must have mistaken it for a monastery cell. No chair, saggy bed, and a shower made for hobbits.

Conveniently located, I had a great time walking to nearby attractions like Mallory Square and the beach. The pool area was clean and inviting, and I enjoyed the included breakfast by the pool. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the old Key West charm. The friendly staff even allowed us extra time to check out. I had a lovely stay at this historic hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, charm, and comfortable rooms.

The scuba diving options were fantastic, and our family made unforgettable memories. The cycling opportunities were also great for exploring the area in a fun and active way.

My children wanted more kids-friendly activities at the hotel.

We loved the beautiful landscaping and the unique layout of the hotel grounds. The nooks and comfy chairs scattered around the property were perfect for relaxation and reading. Another great feature was the bird atrium with lots of parakeets, which was a fun and unexpected touch.

One downside was the parking situation. While we were lucky to find a spot right outside the hotel, it seemed like parking could be a challenge.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were always helpful and made us feel at home. The location was great, within walking distance to the main street and attractions. We really enjoyed the convenience of being able to explore the area without having to drive. The pool looked amazing, although we didn't have a chance to relax there.

The room we stayed in was cramped and the shower stall was tiny. It was a bit uncomfortable for us, especially considering we are not large people.

My husband and I stayed at The Palms for 3 nights and had a great time! The 2nd floor room was clean and cozy, perfect for our needs. The location, about a 15-minute walk from Duval street, was quiet and peaceful. We loved the heated pool, open until 10 pm, and the delicious breakfast with a variety of pastries, fruits, and cereals. The staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

The rooms, though small, have very comfortable beds and offer great value for money. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of everything you need in Key West. Plus, the breakfast includes a variety of fresh fruits and delicious spreads.

We were celebrating my birthday and we couldn't have been happier. This old-style hotel had a charming Key West vibe, with rooms surrounding a central pool area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we loved seeing Mandro, the dog, at the front desk. The pool area was clean and inviting, and we enjoyed having breakfast by the pool. The hotel even provided bikes for hire, which was essential in the August heat. it was a great value for money and exactly what we were looking for.
