Nothing for me

I was pleasantly surprised with the large and comfortable room. The breakfast offered a variety of options, from waffles to omelets. The pet-friendly grassy area was helpful. I recommend this hotel.

My purpose for staying at Best Western was to visit Lassen National Park, and the hotel's location was perfect for that. The parking was easy and convenient, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of shelf space and good shower pressure. I appreciated the room amenities, including the refrigerator and coffee maker. my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The motel offers very pleasant and safe accommodation in a central location. Perfect for exploring the nearby Lassen Volcanic Park with its hiking trails, especially the Cinder Cone Hike. There are also nice restaurants nearby, and a laundromat just 50 m away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent bedding. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided is excellent.

The only downside was a foul smell in the toilet, resembling sulphur and rotten eggs. Additionally, the room was not cleaned during our two-night stay, despite there being four people sharing the room.

The facilities at the hotel were fantastic! We loved the spacious rooms with two queen beds, perfect for our family with children. The breakfast dining room was great, and we enjoyed the variety of cable selections. The exercise room was a great bonus, and the central location on Main St. was convenient for exploring Lake Almanor, Mt. Lassen, and nearby restaurants and stores. The staff was also very nice and accommodating.

Had an amazing Christmas stay in a cozy inn in a charming town. the room had a fully equipped kitchen, which was so convenient for preparing Christmas meals. the location was perfect, with a grocery store and other amenities just a short walk away. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.
