Friendly and helpful staff made check-in pleasant.

My stay was dampened by a stuffy room with infrequent cleaning. I faced issues with the tight parking situation, which made it really stressful to maneuver. The breakfast left much to be desired, lacking in fresh options and variety.

Tight parking but great pancake breakfast.

the staff at best western were wonderful, especially fred, who made us feel right at home. the location is super convenient, just an 8-minute walk to a grocery store and a 2-minute walk to the metro. I also loved the small outdoor pool. it was a refreshing spot to relax after a long day.

The hotel’s location is super convenient for heading out to explore LA. The friendly staff, especially Fred, really brightened our mornings with their smiles and attentive service.

However, the suite’s tiny bathroom felt quite cramped, which made our stay less comfortable. The carpets also appeared quite worn, which was a letdown during our visit.

Stayed for a couple of nights. The room was decent, but the tiny bathroom was a pain. Staff were choice, and breakfast was nice enough with me making my own pancakes.

Chur, the staff were choice, heaps accommodating, but the bathroom was tight as anything, wee bit annoying. Breakfast was sweet as with heaps of options.

I just had a great stay in LA! The breakfast was fantastic with a yogurt machine, and the laundry facility was a lifesaver for our road trip. The room's soundproofing wasn't the best, but overall it was very comfortable. I’d definitely come back!

Just a decent option for a transient stop in Los Angeles with good value given the price. The shuttle service was really convenient and made getting around easy during my short stay. Make sure to check the parking situation. it can get tricky in the garage.

It is a welcoming hotel with spacious rooms equipped with a mini-fridge and excellent linens, and an enjoyable breakfast featuring customizable pancakes.

I loved the spacious room with its quiet courtyard view, fantastic pancake breakfast, and the laundromat for a quick refresh. I'd definitely come back!

Good size room and comfy stay!

I was really impressed with the Queen room. It was spacious enough for me, and I loved how clean everything was. The breakfast spread had great options, and the never-ending coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver. Just a heads up, parking can be a bit of a hassle—really tight spots made getting in and out tricky.

The lobby was shared with the breakfast space—very royal indeed! And if room size were a competition, I don't think this one would even place.
