The staff, the new renovations, the pet-friendliness, the clean pool – such a delightful surprise!

stayed at motel 6-bend, or for 11 nights. the bed was really comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space, including shelves and two nightstands. the fridge in the room was a nice touch, too. plus, the staff was friendly, especially the maid staff. loved that free wifi was offered!

During my stay, I was really disappointed with the bathroom cleanliness. The shower barely provided hot water, making it uncomfortable to shower. Additionally, the room had a lot of noise from the street, which made it hard to get restful sleep. I felt uneasy due to the surrounding area, which had a higher homeless population and did not seem very safe.

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Ed at the front desk. Our room had been renovated with a microwave and fridge, which made our extended stay more convenient. The pool was heated and clean, and the WiFi was fast. We walked to downtown and enjoyed the local breweries without any hassle.

my stay at motel 6-bend was a rollercoaster of disappointment. filthy hair everywhere, and the shower barely dribbled hot water. for 3 nights, i didn’t even get a simple welcome gift or room upgrade. i almost gave a good review, but, alas, nothing could redeem this subpar experience.

Clean room with a comfortable bed and great amenities, including a large TV and USB plugs. The only downside was the lack of a continental breakfast, though coffee was available.

The room was spacious. really clean with a nice microwave and fridge. Location was great. close to the beautiful river and parks for enjoyable walks.

Could improve on noise insulation. slight disturbances from the hallway were a bit annoying.

The location was great, and the room was clean and comfy! Plus, no extra charge for my pooch, which is a win in my book. The outdoor pool looked fabulous, but I didn't take the plunge.

However, I'd recommend bringing your own coffee. I guess the dog walking area could use a little less 'doggy surprise'!

Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great. Noisy hallway, though, kept me up.

The room was clean and spacious, and I loved the microwave and fridge for snacks. The lighting was great too, bright when needed but easily dimmed for a cozy vibe. However, the floors were pretty loud, and I could hear stomping from above all night, which kept me awake. Also, the check-in was smooth and fast, which was a plus.

The check-in experience was surprisingly smooth, the same guy checked us in and out! We even had our dogs who were welcomed with no extra charges and the staff was super helpful with any requests we had.

It wasn't cheap, but honestly I felt it was worth it.

stayed at motel 6-bend for a couple of days and was surprised how clean the room was! the laminate floor really made it fresh, no more yucky carpet. had a nice microwave and fridge in the room too, which was quiet. check in was super easy, and it felt safe in the area. location is convenient with easy access to nearby stuff.

I had an unexpected overnight stay and was pleasantly surprised by the clean, pet-friendly room with hardwood floors. The only downside was no coffee maker, but it was still a great value!

during my stay, I was delighted by how easy it was to walk to nearby McKay Park, just about 1.5 km away, and the charming Drake Park, roughly 2 km from the hotel, where I could fully enjoy the beautiful views and trails while exploring the city.
