For the price, this hotel was definitely an amazing value! The lobby was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

I had a great stay at Best Western Shelbyville Lodge. The employees were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. I especially appreciated the large bathroom countertop that easily accommodated my cosmetics. The breakfast options were delicious and had a variety of choices including fresh fruit, waffles, bacon, sausages, biscuits, eggs. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The room rates were affordable and definitely the best in town. Despite a few minor issues with hallway doors and TV channel confusion, the overall experience was fantastic. I feel like I stumbled upon a hidden gem and will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for its great prices and amenities.

The front desk lady was nice and helpful, giving us a first-floor room. Although they didn't have a crib, she provided extra blankets and pillows. The person serving breakfast was remarkable and the room was comfortable. Great value for the price.
