The staff at Best Western was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay pleasant. the room was spacious, and there was a nice green area for dog walking. the pool was adequate for the size of the hotel, and the lobby was clean and comfortable.

Bathroom light issue. No elevator, dirty hallways.

Brraowss was on point, very good. the location was directly off the highway, easy access. the staff were pleasant and helpful, making our stay smoother.

Our TV stopped working mid-afternoon on the 2nd day, no signal bouncing around. We started trying to fix it but no luck.

At my go, to spot, the staff even helped me print once. It has Wi, Fi, Free parking, 24, hour reception. Coming back for Xmas , it's just right for me!

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like

The room at Best Western Statesville Inn was large with a sitting/living room area, making our extended stay very comfortable. the hotel provided complimentary wireless Internet access, which was convenient for staying connected.

The Heatpump in the room was noisy and constantly cycled, which was annoying.

The breakfast was tasty and the bed was comfy. It was nice having a clean room. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the hotel's location right off the highway made it easy for us to access and explore the area.

There were a few issues we encountered during our stay. the cleanliness of the common areas, especially the remote control, was not up to par.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenience, and comfortable amenities.

The room was cozy and had everything I needed after a long day. I especially enjoyed having a microwave and fridge for snacks.

I didn't like the smell of smoke in the non-smoking room.

The breakfast was solid, Room was comfy, the pool was cool, and so much to do nearby I wanted to high-five the sky. the meeting room was neat, even though I'm more of a wine and dine guy. I accidentally had a midnight wrestling match with the fridge, but the bed's embrace made up for it. No complaints here, just good vibes all around. Great place for a stopover, or for chefs-turned-winemakers like me to relax and unwind. Cheers!

Great location off the expressway with many restaurant options, spacious remodeled rooms with friendly staff. Breakfast exceeded expectations.

Our recent stay at this hotel was wonderful. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure our room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was great, with a lovely lady taking care of everything. the location was very easy to find, right off the highway, and there were plenty of restaurant options nearby. the hotel also had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a pleasant stop during our travels.

One improvement that could be made is to enhance the lighting in the parking lot for added safety, especially during nighttime. ensuring that the rooms are thoroughly checked for any remnants from previous guests, like dirty socks, would enhance the overall experience.

Cleanliness, great breakfast, close to I77, friendly staff.
