The location couldn't be more perfect for skiers, with the cable car right next door. Plus, the value for money is superb, as you get top-notch service and attention to detail without breaking the bank. The rooms with valley views are absolutely stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop to your vacation. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast that will fuel you up for a day on the slopes.

No aspect of this hotel could be improved, it was all perfect.

The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were always helpful and accommodating, from assisting with our luggage to providing great recommendations for activities and dining options. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of everything. It was a short walk to the main attractions and the free city shuttle made getting around easy. Additionally, the rooms were beautiful with stunning views and modern amenities.

One of the major downsides was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. This made it quite uncomfortable to sleep, especially during the summer months.

The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Cookies and coffee are provided while skiing, housekeeping takes care of everything, and the front desk staff is accommodating. The concierge, Rosalyn, is amazing at providing recommendations and assistance. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything and directly on the slope. There is a shuttle service that takes you anywhere in town and picks you up. The lodge also has a restaurant on-site and a sports rental connected to it. The heated pool and hot tubs with mountain views are a joy.

the location was perfect as it was just under the bridge, making it super convenient after a long day of skiing. It was walking distance to everything in Lionshead and just a short trolley ride to Vail Village. The view of the Gondola and mountain from the room was breathtaking. Secondly, the staff was amazing - they were friendly, accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were excellent, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

All in all, everything was just fine.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Keith, the friendly staff member, greeted us at the door and personally escorted us to our cozy room. Even though our luggage didn't arrive with us, Keith ensured that we were settled in comfortably. Throughout our stay, Nicholas provided us with valuable information and assistance. He even took the initiative to relieve us of our tired ski gear after a long day on the slopes. And let's not forget the delicious 3pm cookies, the perfect treat to end a ski day. The concierge was also very helpful in making dinner reservations for us, and we discovered that the hotel's restaurant offers the best happy hour burger special in the area. The entire front desk team was always friendly, smiling, and ready to give us excellent directions. All in all, we can't say enough good things about our experience and we truly appreciate the great service we received.

This hotel is in a prime location, just under the bridge, which is fantastic after a day of skiing. The ski valet and ski in/out access from one of the buildings make it incredibly convenient. Plus, it's only a 2-minute walk from the gondola. The rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities and offer great balcony views of the mountain. Additionally, the staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are all in place.
