I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathroom had excellent bath and shower appointments. The staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. They were kind and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast choices were wide-ranging and much better than what other large chain hotels offer. I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall quality of this mid-range hotel. If I ever come back to Ohio, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was great and comfortable, perfect for our visit to OSU with our son. The breakfast was exceptional, well done every day. The staff was friendly and provided great customer service. Convenient location right by the highway. The pool was great and the shower in the room was wonderful. The hotel stayed in contact with us for a smooth check-in process. Akia and Cynthia at the front desk were great hosts. The hotel went above and beyond by bringing us honey when we needed it. I would highly recommend this place to other college student families.

They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable, even making a special effort for our children. the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, making for a welcoming breakfast experience. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. Great for families with a large pool for the kids to enjoy.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep. The hotel was in great condition, clean and well-maintained. Despite some construction nearby, the noise was minimal. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

This Best Western hotel is great for families, with spacious rooms that can comfortably accommodate four adults. The suite with a sleeper sofa was a bonus, and the breakfast offered plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions. The staff were amazing, always friendly and helpful, making our stay extra special. The kids loved the large pool and looked forward to the delicious waffles at breakfast every day.

We had a fantastic stay at Best Western. The staff was incredibly accommodating and the continental breakfast was superb all three mornings. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great jet tub. The rooms were nice and recently renovated. We enjoyed the decent breakfast that had many choices and good food. Free parking was a plus. the hotel was located in a convenient area, with easy access to the interstate. the hotel had everything we needed for a couple of nights' stay.

Check-in staff was not friendly or welcoming. They didn't even speak to us, just slid our entry cards across the counter.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Zangmeister Cancer Hospital. Although not close to any restaurants, there are a few food places nearby. Guests can enjoy comfortable beds with lots of pillows, well-stocked continental breakfast with mini-omelettes, and a modern bathroom with a great adjustable shower head.

Thin walls in some rooms can make it difficult to sleep due to hallway noise.
