My kids wished for more options in the game center for a more enjoyable experience for families with children.

We recently stayed at Best Western for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of towels and ensuring the facility was clean. The location was perfect for us as shoppers, with easy access to nearby stores. The room was serviceable and came at a great price, especially considering the added amenities like the indoor pool and exercise room. We also enjoyed the free takeaway breakfast, which was a convenient bonus. We particularly liked having a room on the first floor with windows facing the back, allowing for ample natural light during the day.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, helpful housekeepers, convenient location for visiting both sides of the falls, decent breakfast options, and round-the-clock access to the dining room for hot and cold drinks. The staff is exceptional, providing outstanding service. Highly recommend staying here.

This hotel in Niagara was a great value for money. Its location was perfect, right on the boulevard, close to downtown and the airport but not so close where you get caught in the traffic. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all well managed. The rooms, although small, were clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed having access to the pool and coffee throughout the day. The breakfast, although it could have been a little better with a few more items, had quite a few selections and the breakfast staff were attentive.

Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the room and bathroom were absolutely spotless, and it was obvious that they had been recently renovated. The walk-in shower was a great touch, and it made me feel like I was staying in a high-end hotel. Secondly, the staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and were always happy to assist with any requests. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in an area where everything was at my fingertips - there were plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.
