The pool is open 24 hours and is perfect for both adults and kids. Breakfast was self-serve but better than continental, with a decent selection. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay and even had delicious cookies at check-in. The location is ideal for those visiting Miami University and downtown Oxford. The facility has undergone a lovely renovation and the rooms were extremely clean. Late check-out was available, which was a perfect convenience for us.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Oxford for a few days while visiting my child who attends the nearby university. The location of Best Western was perfect as it was close to both the North side of campus and other areas. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was a good selection available for breakfast. The pool area was also a highlight, with a nice space for both adults and kids to enjoy. Additionally, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even providing delicious cookies at check-in.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a decent self-serve spread that was a step up from your typical continental options. The staff really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. They were helpful, friendly, and attentive to my needs. And let's not forget the amazing cookies they offered at check-in!

Conveniently located near Miami University, the staff was friendly and helpful. Clean rooms with comfortable furniture. Offered a nice breakfast and even provided maps for the university and local dining options. Close to High St. for easy access to shops and restaurants.

The facilities and the breakfast were disappointing. the waffle batter tasted strange and the pastries were the only good thing about the breakfast. the location is quite far from Miami University and downtown Oxford.

The staff was extremely rude and accused us of smoking marijuana in our room, despite us being asleep when they banged on our door. the manager was unprofessional and charged us for the remaining nights of our reservation.

The complimentary breakfast was great with many options such as pancakes, fruits, yogurt, and more. the wonderful location was very convenient, located close to many food options and attractions. the staff was very helpful, always willing to assist us with anything we needed.

The walls were thin, leaving us feeling like we didn't have much privacy. the bathroom was small and cramped, making it difficult for us to move around.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. I had a fantastic stay at Best Western and would highly recommend it to anyone.
