Cookies at 4 PM were delicious, loved them!

Exceptional customer service and delicious breakfast buffet.

I encountered significant issues during my stay. Furthermore, the heater in the adjacent room was noisy enough to disrupt my sleep on the second night, diminishing any serenity I hoped for. These problems could easily be addressed, yet they overshadowed my experience at the hotel.

However, I faced a few bumps on my stay, like dealing with a noisy fan in the bathroom that turned on with the light—more annoying than anything but not a total dealbreaker. Also, I booked a room that was supposed to have a private entrance, but they didn't have any available upon check-in, which was a letdown. There were also some cleanliness issues in rooms, with a couple of guests mentioning stains or debris that shouldn't be present no matter how busy they are.

i was left in shock to find a stained bedspread and a coffee maker missing its tray. how can a hotel like this not have those basic essentials? i almost thought about giving a good review, but then no room upgrade or special treatment for me—shocking! i certainly felt like an afterthought during my stay.

I appreciated the clean rooms and convenience during my stay. The breakfast had solid options, including bacon and waffles, which was nice. One morning, I woke up early and enjoyed a cup of coffee in the lobby, where they had fresh coffee available. It felt great to start my day like that. Being from Italy, I enjoy finding comfort away from home, and this stay met my expectations. The room had all I needed.

The room was nice and clean, comfy beds for sure. Shower had great water pressure, which was a plus! But it could use more lighting and bedside outlets. The TV had a lag when changing channels, so it was kind of a pain to channel surf. Loved the complimentary cookies in the afternoon, and the breakfast was solid—lots of good options with bacon and waffles!

The location was perfect. close to restaurants and right next to the community center. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection that kept us satisfied every morning. The staff was super friendly and attentive, adding to the warm atmosphere. The pool was clean and inviting!

I had a wonderful stay with soft beds and an awesome breakfast, but I must say the elevator situation was tricky. Overall, I'd definitely return!

We had a small birthday party in the dining room on Sunday, and the staff went out of their way to make it special, even bringing us extra treats. Also, those fresh baked cookies late at night? Game changer! A perfect cherry on top after a long day.

Wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the experience, I’d say it was worth it.
