The room I stayed in felt very outdated and lacked adequate lighting, making it dim and uninviting. There was no fan in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable for four guests. I also faced an irritation at check-in with a double hold on my credit card, leading to unexpected charges that were not communicated ahead of time.

I loved the breakfast options with amazing fresh fruit and attentive staff that made mornings delightful! The close proximity to the Parliament and walkable sites truly made exploring Ottawa a breeze.

However, I had some noise issues from the nearby stairwell door banging while trying to nap in room 19 on the 7th floor. Plus, the valet service could use better communication. I felt a bit ignored during the car handoff, which made the parking situation even trickier.

The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff responded promptly when we requested a kettle. The location made it easy to explore local attractions.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food was AMAZING! ! Breakfast and dinner were both excellent and worth the slightly higher prices.

Oh my gosh, Pam at the front desk was, like, totally a lifesaver! Helped me make my wife’s birthday so special. The room? Spotless, with fresh linen and comfy vibes. Breakfast was bomb with an omelette station! Just wish the valet was a bit faster, but the staff was super friendly and made up for it!

The location is ideal, close to attractions like Parliament Hill and great dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Breakfast included tasty options like bacon, scrambled eggs, and fruits (perfect for morning fuel! ).

However, noise from nearby rooms was a disturbance during my stay. Also, the parking process could be smoother, as it involves valet service, which may cause delays.

The downtown location is a major plus, just a few blocks from key attractions and surrounded by great dining options. The spacious room was comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a mini fridge that was particularly handy for families. Breakfast offered a delightful rotation of dishes, including incredible smoked meats. However, noise from the street was an annoyance during the night, and valet service could be more streamlined, resulting in longer waits.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel! The brunch was phenomenal and the penthouse meeting room was so comfortable and classy. Just wish the valet service was more streamlined.
