Enjoyed the balcony with a view. Unfortunately, couldn't use it due to heavy smoking from the neighboring room. Pool was relaxing. Overall, a somewhat satisfying stay. Overall I would consider staying here again.

We enjoyed the varied breakfast options offered, including healthy alternatives. Additionally, the friendly staff made us feel welcome during our stay. the modernized rooms with ample electrical connections were convenient for our needs. Furthermore, the proximity of the hotel to a luxurious restaurant, not owned by the hotel, provided excellent dining options.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Clean rooms, fresh breakfast choices, ideal location for Boston college visits, accommodating staff for reservation changes, excellent service in lobby restaurant.

Staff helped with currency exchange on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, indoor pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. They have a bar, restaurant, and no pets allowed. Adore coming back for business trips.

During our stay at Hotel Triplets Family Entertainment, my wife and I were impressed by the breakfast selection and the enjoyable pool area. the kids had a blast playing in the pool while we relaxed nearby, creating wonderful family memories together.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding more kid-friendly activities.

Staying downtown Boston for the marathon perks; close to your college visits. The friendly staff greeted me warmly upon my arrival. Great location for exploring Boston while having a pleasant stay. Room was clean and ready; workout room offered decent amenities.

Maintenance issues with room keys not working properly.

my recent stay at a date night spot in waltham exceeded expectations. the comfy bed, huge room, attentive staff, great breakfast, and pool made it memorable. best western got everything right!

weak wifi connection

I truly enjoyed the extensive database provided at this hotel, which made it easy to find information on nearby attractions and dining options. the room was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

One minor downside I experienced was that the Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit spotty at times, making it difficult to stay connected while I was trying to research my next destination.

we had a decent breakfast at Best Western, and the room was okay. the receptionists and breakfast staffs were friendly enough. the AC worked well, and we enjoyed a good breakfast along with a refreshing pool. the beds were comfortable, and we could have coffee whenever we wanted it. even though the location was just ok, we had a pleasant stay overall.
