The park location was enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were popular. Staff could improve towel restocking. Room 224 had temperature issues. Views were impressive. Inviting sitting areas throughout.

Clifty Inn was a great value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location inside the park was peaceful and convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after our dirty hike.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

The rooms at Clifty Inn were amazing, with stunning patio views and impeccable cleanliness. We all slept well and enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. The historic area of the town and the lovely park added to the overall charm of our stay.

We loved the convenience of having a full-service restaurant at the Inn. The meals were filling and satisfying, definitely not skimpy. The dinner specials were amazing, like the Beef Manhattan and Pot Pie, and there was enough left over for lunch the next day. The wait staff was attentive and polite, providing excellent service. The view of the river and downtown from our room was beautiful. We also enjoyed the option of ordering takeout from the restaurant, which was fast and delicious. Being able to explore downtown Madison and visit our favorite spots was a bonus.

We only wished the nature center had more activities for all ages.

The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to the nearby trails and outdoor sitting areas. the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed the beautiful views and leaf coloring during my stay.

There were a few aspects that detracted from my experience. In my room, the HVAC blower was extremely noisy and had to be turned off at night to be able to sleep.
