The staff, especially Diana at the bar, made us feel like family, serving up the best drinks ever and ensuring we had an amazing time. The spa experience was top-notch too, with Jennifer, Tiffany, and Tracy treating us like royalty, providing drinks and snacks. The only downside, which ain't a big deal but worth a mention, was the limited breakfast options, missing some fruit and bacon, but hey, their coffee and waffles were fab! 🍹

The scones at The Margaritaville in Gatlinburg were a taste sensation, leaving us craving for more culinary adventures in the Smokies! Giovanni's, Cliff Top Grill & Bar at Anakeesta, Pancake Pantry, and Doc Collier Moonshine served up mouthwatering dishes within walking distance. The License to Chill Bar and Chesapeake's Seafood and Raw Bar were also close by, offering a delightful gastronomic experience.

Our room was with an adjointing room, and the guests next door were a bit boisterous, but even their laughter couldn't dampen our spirits. We missed having a continental breakfast, and the price was a tad steep, but the food scene in Gatlinburg more than made up for it.

loved the location! right across from anakeesta and close to all the attractions. the rooms were spacious and clean, with a jacuzzi tub in the shower. Super friendly staff! the only downside was the overpriced suite.

During my stay at Margaritaville Resort Gatlinburg, I was impressed by the charming decor featuring brick interior walls and the comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep. The clean bathroom with two lavatories and plenty of very hot water provided an added touch of luxury.

My only minor complaint would be the absence of a smart TV, which meant we couldn't connect our devices to watch a movie. the beds, while comfortable, did not meet the high standard set by other hotels I've visited.

The room and bathroom are clean, spacious, and equipped with essential amenities. The staff provides friendly service and the breakfast is above-average. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view of the river. Additionally, the hotel has a pool, hot tub, lounges, fire pits and free parking options.

I took advantage of the spa, St Somewhere Spa, and indulged in a relaxing Swedish massage and a rejuvenating body treatment. The spa was a tranquil oasis, and the staff made sure I felt completely at ease. The recreational amenities were also fantastic, with options for both indoor and outdoor pool activities, including a fun waterslide. I particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa tub, which was a lovely way to unwind after a long day of work.
