The two queen beds provide exceptional comfort, and the spacious living area comfortably accommodates a family of four. Great customer service and delicious food at reasonable prices elevate the experience. Private balconies with stunning views add a touch of luxury. there were cleanliness issues. Crumbs on the floor and spider webs on the balcony chairs do not align with expectations for a premium stay. communication regarding late check-out needs improvement. With some attention to detail, this property could shine even brighter. Still, I would return.

The resort has awesome vibes. Rooms have a fireplace, microwave, and fridge. Super comfy area to relax and unwind. The kids' pool is perfect. Loved the hot tub and the spa treatments were fantastic. The fitness center was well-equipped. Staff was friendly and really helpful with local food spots. Everything you need is close by.

We've been here four times, and there are definitely some standout moments for us. Moose, the parking attendant, is always so friendly and welcoming. The resort has a fun and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a getaway to the Great Smoky Mountains. The rooms are beautifully decorated and super clean - a big plus in my book. we did notice that the outside furniture was a bit dirty, which was a bit of a letdown. the hot tub was always full, so we missed out on that relaxation opportunity. Housekeeping did an excellent job overall, but we did find some fingernails beside the bed and in the bathroom. Not exactly what you want to see during your stay. And when I mentioned the black mold in the shower to the manager, the issue wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. It seemed like there was a lack of attention to detail in that regard. the location of the resort is fantastic for exploring Gatlinburg and the national park. The staff, particularly Moose and the black girl with the blonde hair, were friendly and helpful. The lounge pool was a favorite spot for me to relax and unwind. our stay was enjoyable, but there were some areas that could use a bit of improvement. With some tweaks here and there, Margaritaville could be an even more amazing place to stay. Cheers to hoping for some off-season price drops so we can come back more often!

The room was visually stunning, but cleanliness was an issue this time. The bed was extremely comfortable, perfect for a restful night. I noticed crumbs on the floor upon arrival. Temperature control was effective, allowing for a cozy atmosphere. Noise levels were generally low, contributing to a peaceful stay. I appreciated the balcony view, but the chairs were covered in spider webs. The blue lamp was dusty, which detracted from the overall beauty. The bathroom showed signs of neglect, with mold around the shower. For the price, I expected immaculate conditions.

The cleanliness was a real letdown. Our shower had grime and mold, and the floors felt sticky, like they hadn't seen a mop in ages.

The staff tried to be accommodating, but quality control seemed lacking. Food and drinks at the on-site bar were great, yet service hiccups marred the overall experience. With the right management, this could be a fantastic place, but as it stands, a few improvements are definitely needed.

The tropical feel here is a breath of fresh air. Lots of activities keep you entertained, like clean pools, a fantastic water slide, and a relaxing spa.

But the bar staff needs a little pep talk!

The resort had a fantastic lobby smell that warmly welcomed us. The room was spacious and had luxurious amenities, including robes and a large bathroom with a magnificent shower and separate tub. The staff was friendly and attentive. The property also featured a great pool area with a hot tub and children's section. the outdoor patio with a fireplace and fire pit was a cozy spot to relax.

Some minor drawbacks included slow elevators, a small gift shop, and pricey drinks at the bar. The room could use a shaving bench in the shower and better ventilation to prevent debris from the air conditioner.
