The lounge areas on each floor with bookshelves, chess, and checkers sets were a nice touch. The hot tub with a waterfall provided a relaxing experience. The room's colonial-style furnishings and modern amenities were a perfect combination. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including Bigelow tea and make-your-own Belgian waffles. The location right behind Dysart's truck stop and restaurant was convenient. I highly recommend this fantastic and charming hotel.

The hotel was delightful and the staff was friendly. They recommended Stephen King movie sites to visit in the area. The grab 'n go breakfast included a delicious breakfast burrito with spicy chorizo. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located next to Dysart's Truck Stop, which offers amazing food. Despite the miscommunication about maid service, we still plan on returning for another mini-vacation at this Best Western property. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

stayed on our way north, excellent location off 95. Room had a working fireplace, comfy bed, and helpful staff. Hot breakfast exceeded my expectations, more than cereal and coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

I loved the themed suite! The whirlpool tub and massage chair were amazing. The breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of food. The lady in the breakfast room was very attentive. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located just minutes from Bangor and close to roads leading to the coast. It may be a bit isolated, but being right next to the main highway and a truck stop can be a plus or a minus depending on what you're looking for. The rooms are dank and dark, but they make up for it with great beds and bathrooms. The hotel itself is very old, but it has a nice gas fireplace that adds to its charm. And let's not forget about breakfast, which offers a lot of variety with omelettes, eggs, pancakes, waffles. The selection is fantastic!

Love the location off the highway. I appreciated the room amenities like the mini-fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and ironing board. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The outdoor pool was great - loved the sun loungers and BBQ facilities. Also, the breakfast options were amazing - so much variety to choose from!

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western in Bangor. Our purpose was to explore the area and enjoy a relaxing weekend getaway. The location was so convenient, with Dysarts next door for delicious meals. The breakfast buffet was truly amazing, offering a wide variety of choices. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the unique touch of having pictures of all the first ladies in the hallway. it was a fantastic experience!

We loved that we could open the window and enjoy the fresh air. The hotel staff were friendly and created a cozy inn atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional, better than most hotels, and they even brought it in from a local restaurant in to-go bags. The location was excellent, right off the interstate, and there were great dining options within walking distance, including a 24-hour diner and a truck stop with excellent food and services.

From the friendly staff to our room to the photos & interesting tidbit about each president to the special parking spot for veterans to the absolutely delicious breakfast and large, bright breakfast area with a bookshelf full of books along with chess and checkers sets on the outskirts surrounded by countryside.
