From the front desk to the dining room, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! the ladies working at breakfast were super friendly and took care of all our needs. the hotel offers a nice breakfast centrally located, making it convenient for all guests. the location is great - you can walk to Oaklawn and it's close to downtown and shopping areas. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to relax. the hotel has a great picnic area too.

One thing that could be improved is the presence of some shady characters around the hotel, especially at night. It might feel a bit sketchy for some guests, so just be cautious if you're out late.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic, with a 4-minute walk to Oaklawn Racing & Gaming. We enjoyed the thrill of thoroughbred racing and the family-friendly national park nearby. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've had at any hotel, making our mornings delightful.

In my wife's opinion, adding a dedicated children's play area would be a great addition for families with kids.

winners circle was delightful! from victoria at the front desk to donna in the breakfast area, the staff was exceptional. the included breakfast was satisfying, and the clean pool added to our enjoyment. we appreciated being able to park our rv safely.

The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and a dressing area. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area. The breakfast here was absolutely delicious with a wide range of choices, and the staff in the breakfast hall was always attentive and made sure there was plenty of food available. this hotel provided an incredibly luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location was perfect as it was directly across the street from the race track and close to everything on Central. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the breakfast - freshly baked biscuits and waffles, scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, homemade gravy, and strong coffee. The lady who prepared the food was sweet and willing to assist.
