Despite the minor inconvenience of not having a refrigerator in the room, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The bellmen were incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with directions and any other needs we had. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a charming historic feel. The beds were comfortable, and we found the front desk staff to be friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, exceptional service, and comfortable rooms.

You can easily walk to all the attractions and nightlife in the area. The staff here is extremely attentive and friendly, making you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large windows that provide plenty of natural light. The air conditioning works perfectly, ensuring a cool and pleasant stay. Plus, it's a bonus that breakfast is included and served here every morning, saving you time and money on finding a place to eat.

Moreover, the walls were thin, and we could hear other guests talking and moving around in their rooms. while the hotel’s location and complimentary drinks were nice, the outdated decor and noise level in the room made for an unpleasant enough experience that I wouldn't want to return.

We couldn't have asked for a better location in this charming historic district - so close to everything in the French Quarter! This hotel is in the centre of the district, and its beautiful courtyard and marble floors add to its charm. Our room was very spacious, tidy and comfortable, just as mentioned by other travellers. The courteous and friendly staff have made our stay even more enjoyable, and their assistance with storing our luggage was much appreciated.

Although the building is old and charming, like many historic buildings there are some areas that could use some updating and renovations, as mentioned in some reviews.
