The denial of a room on a higher level despite availability and the unavailability of oatmeal at breakfast time left me feeling that the hotel could improve its customer service and attention to guest requests.

During my stay at Best Western, I found the heated pool to be a great relaxation spot. After a busy day of meetings, it was refreshing to go for a swim and unwind. The temperature was perfect, and the pool area was well maintained. I enjoyed taking a dip and soaking up the California sun.
