We had a fantastic stay at this motel by the waterfront. The hotel facilities were exceptional, and we especially enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, right across the street from the lake and close to everything in the area. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Can't think of anything.

The hotel had great value for money with clean, updated rooms and a pool. The location over the lake was beautiful, especially with the Adirondack chairs in front of the room with great view. The staff was friendly, and the owners were considerate with excellent service.

The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We loved having access to an outdoor area with a grill and a refrigerator to keep our food cold. The sound of guests walking upstairs did not disrupt our stay. Additionally, the motel had a heated pool and a small game room for kids, making it a great choice for families.

The rooms at Birch Knoll Motel were very clean and had a lovely view of the lake. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom seemed to be newly renovated. We also appreciated the complimentary towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. The owners of the motel were friendly and attentive, and their dog Cody was adorable. We enjoyed sitting on the small dock in the morning, watching the lake. The motel's location was convenient, being close to Weirs Beach and the boardwalk. The rec room with pool table, Foosball, and air hockey was a nice bonus. Despite some drawbacks, we would recommend this motel for a pleasant stay.

While the motel offered basic accommodations, some aspects could be improved. The thermostat in the room was touchy, making it difficult to find a comfortable temperature.

We liked that the bathroom was nicely decorated and had plenty of soft towels. the motel is conveniently located across from the lake with sunset views. It is also close to Weirs Beach and the Mt. Washington boat tours.

The motel is situated on a busy curve in the road, which made it difficult to exit the parking lot due to shrubs blocking oncoming traffic. the area across the street with the pier and small beach lacked shade, which would have been nice.

The owners are hands-on, attentive, and detail-oriented. The pool is clean and the lakeside beach is charming. The room is spacious with a fridge, table, and a huge TV. The bed is comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. The view of the lake is lovely and it is conveniently located near Weirs Beach.

Perfect location with a beautiful lakefront beach and an amazing in-ground pool! the owners were super friendly and constantly working to maintain the property. the room was very clean and had two comfortable full-size beds. Additionally, each room had a bench outside to enjoy the stunning lake view. it was a great value for the price and I definitely plan to return.

The location was a bit inconvenient, as it was on a busy road which made crossing to the beach a bit dangerous. the bathroom vent didn't work well and the room felt a bit damp.

We chose this place for its fantastic location by the lake, with great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were impeccably clean and quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The hosts, Mike and Janet, were incredibly friendly and made our experience even more enjoyable. The property was well-maintained, with a tempting pool that had a fun Las Vegas vibe. It would be nice to have a few more umbrellas for shade, though. The rec room was a hit with the kids, but a snack machine would be a great addition. The ice machine was a welcome bonus. a great value and a place I'd love to stay at again.

The boss and her husband went the extra mile and then some! The rooms were clean, roomy, and of good order. The activities room was great for keeping the children happy. The landing stage on the lake provided a great place to fish, sit, and chill. Super nice folks operating the hotel.
