The staff was friendly and accommodating, quickly changing my room from a smoking to a nonsmoking one upon check-in. The facilities were clean and comfortable, with retro-style rooms that were both beautiful and cozy. Additionally, the breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying. it was a delightful stay at Lulu.

the bed was incredibly comfortable, with fluffy pillows and crisp, clean sheets. the owners were friendly and always greeted me with a smile. the facilities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the fact that there was a table and chairs in the room, so I could enjoy a meal without getting crumbs all over the bed. the snack machine was always stocked, which was perfect for satisfying late-night munchies. the secure and well-lit parking lot provided peace of mind, especially when arriving after dark.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs as it was conveniently located close to historic downtown and on the outskirts of Silver City, NM. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with clean and comfortable beds. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided had a decent variety and the coffee was good. We also enjoyed the quietness of the hotel, as we could barely hear any noise from outside.

There was a minor issue with the toilet in our room as it was not securely bolted onto the floor, causing it to rock when sitting.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, one of the cleanest we've encountered. The staff genuinely cared about our experience and ensured we enjoyed our stay. The owner is doing a fantastic job with the property.
