This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for spacious and well-equipped rooms. The attention to detail was apparent throughout, with upgraded baths and all the necessary accessories provided. The location, just a short drive from the Jacksonville area, was perfect for our needs. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast at the Caddyshack restaurant was a highlight, with delicious food served in a pleasant atmosphere.

There was one aspect that could be improved upon.

Best aspects of our stay were the nice pool area and comfortable rooms. the pool was a great place to relax and cool off during our Christmas vacation. the rooms were cozy and provided a comfortable space for us to unwind after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the property had good amenities including a coffee station, which was a nice touch and helped us start our mornings off right. the staff was also exceptional and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Worst aspects of our stay were the early check-out policy, lack of pool towels, and noise in the hallways during the night. We felt rushed to leave the hotel in the morning, which was not ideal for a leisurely holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful upon our arrival. The hotel is in a great location, close to both St. Augustine and Jacksonville. The surrounding area is relaxing and offers a beautiful pool for guests to enjoy. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the convenience of on-site parking. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation to nearby beaches and Caddyshack restaurant, which we found to be excellent.

Almost perfect, nothing negative to mention.

The location of the resort was fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The resort grounds were beautifully landscaped, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The kitchen and bathroom lacked sufficient counter space, which made it a bit challenging when preparing meals or getting ready in the morning.

I had a wonderful time at Bluegreen Vacations Grande Villas. The unit felt upscale with little extra touches that made a big difference. I loved the safety-sealed freezer and full supply of ice cubes, as well as the high-quality silverware, glassware, and dishware. Opening a bottle of wine was a breeze with the classy cork screw provided. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were above standard. I was pleasantly surprised by the cordless and quality phone in the unit. The staff was extremely accommodating, adding to the overall great experience. I highly recommend this vacation spot.

Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and had a great experience! the hotel is located in a fairly quiet area which is close to beaches - perfect for a relaxing holiday. Secondly, the prices and value for money are unbeatable, especially considering the basic amenities such as comfortable beds and upgraded baths. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Oh, and breakfast was delicious!
