The entire staff is well trained in customer service, always smiling. The full breakfast is delicious. The concierge team, Catherine and Daniel, have been amazing. Cole, who works on the beach, is really cool.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the desk personnel were professional and our room was available as requested. Even though we arrived late, the housekeeping and engineering teams were called and arrived promptly. The location of this hotel is excellent, right on the beautiful beach and with access to pools. The full breakfast offered was delicious, and we really enjoyed the nice concierge team, especially Catherine and Daniel. Cole, who works on the beach, was also really cool.

We recently stayed at the beach club and had an amazing experience. Despite the rain, we decided to get a beach bed for our family, and Mike and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They provided fresh towels and sheets whenever it rained and made sure all our needs were met. They truly made our stay worth it. I highly recommend this hotel for their top-notch beach bed service.

During my recent stay at the Beach Club, I was thrilled to find that it lived up to the high standards of the Waldorf Astoria brand. The location, right on the beach with access to three pools, was absolutely fabulous. The modern building offered a variety of facilities, and I especially enjoyed having access to the main tower with a short shuttle or boat ride. The sushi restaurant on-site was excellent, serving delicious and fresh food. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided great service, ensuring a clean and well-maintained property.
