The hotel facilities were modern and beautifully decorated, and the gym was top-level. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. The staff, particularly Carley and Gabe, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant experience. They were always on time and extremely knowledgeable about the drink menu. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff working during breakfast were friendly and attentive.

Amazing beach bed service

We recently stayed at the beach club and had an amazing experience. Despite the rain, we decided to get a beach bed for our family, and Mike and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They provided fresh towels and sheets whenever it rained and made sure all our needs were met. They truly made our stay worth it. I highly recommend this hotel for their top-notch beach bed service.

During my recent stay at the Beach Club, I was thrilled to find that it lived up to the high standards of the Waldorf Astoria brand. The location, right on the beach with access to three pools, was absolutely fabulous. The modern building offered a variety of facilities, and I especially enjoyed having access to the main tower with a short shuttle or boat ride. The sushi restaurant on-site was excellent, serving delicious and fresh food. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided great service, ensuring a clean and well-maintained property.
